Nurturing and Guiding Your Child Through Preschool and Kindergarten... |

|
Here's a book for every parent whose child is old enough to learn in a formal setting. The education process can be an intimidating situation for the parent sending his or her first child out there into the big world of school. This book starts us off with understanding 3-5 year olds. We were all that age once, but how easily we've forgotten all the emotions and learning triggers that guide us through maturation.
Math and number skills are addressed, which is great for those of us who didn't exactly excel in that area. You'll also find games, which we all know are the BEST way to get kids to grasp a new concept. What child doesn't like games?
Parents know the frustration born of a child that just won't listen. This book addresses that and gives guidance into teaching your little ones to become good listeners.
Do you ever worry that your child isn't where he or she should be in the education arena, but that you won't be able to spot it? You'll find some tips here for spotting learning difficulties in your child. Also, if you're unsure as to whether or not your child is even ready to start school, you'll find ways to identify his or her readiness.
Ready Start School is a terrific resource for parents who want to get the most for their children out of all the learning resources available, including themselves! Readers of this book will find themselves armed with goals, ideas, and new ways to make learning fun. With those things, the school years can start off in an organized fashion, with everyone content in their roles. I highly recommend this book to all parents of preschoolers!
