When Mom Is Too Busy For A Diet
by Julia Martinez

Mothers… who could beat them? They could do multi-tasking, provide our needs, take care of the household chores, and mend family problems. As the light of the family and as someone who has to set aside her own needs just to make sure that, how could mothers still manage to guard their diet? How could they keep their selves fit?

There are a lot of venues where moms could just feel the freedom of doing what she wanted and not having to feel too old and too busy for dieting and for keeping the body fit. In doing so, you just have decided to give your self healthy not only for self-satisfaction but also for the whole family as well. At home, while doing all these chores, dear moms could always take time and do something that would squeeze out calories in them. Being a mother is not an excuse of keeping one’s self away from being fit and being satisfied with how one appears.

The following are some of the means that our mothers could do something for themselves.

Family parties will never be gone. Dancing is one of the best ways of sweating it out and enjoys burning the calories formed by eating a lot but not having much time for working out. You do not have to be a certified dancer and you do not have to wear the fanciest clothes just to flash it off. Bear in mind the exercise and the enjoyment dancing could bring.

The best diet is not a diet at all. It is eating naturally, taking clues from your body, not over-eating, eating healthy foods, not depriving yourself of treats, and losing weight in a careful, safe and permanent manner. Each of us, as unique individuals, has to find our own way to eat naturally for ourselves and that is not a diet program. As a mom, you are exposed to the kitchen and your lifestyle always gives you the chance to eat a lot. This is not good. Make sure that you think of the future consequences of your activity now.

In a spare time like watching television with the rest of the family, you could raise your legs and do a little exercise. Exercise does not mean hard work.

At home, moms must drink plenty of fresh water - this not only helps you to feel full so you may eat less, but it also helps to flush toxins out of your body and keep your body hydrated. Hydration will also help out making your skin healthy.

Moms must make sure that their diet is balanced and that they get plenty of fruit and vegetables that are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Most of all- live a healthy : live happily.
